Stay Details
Having more people at the home than your reservation lists requires prior approval.
Key Terms — Please Read
This Rental Reservation Agreement is between the booking guest ("Guest") and The Ridge Collection ("Manager"), acting for the homeowner, for the dates above. By signing, Guest agrees:
  • Guest is at least 25 years old and will be present for the stay.
  • Guest and all party members will follow the House Rules & Guest Policies, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
  • Overnight occupancy will not exceed the reservation maximum, and any additional guests or gathering beyond the listed number requires advance approval from Manager; no parties or events.
  • Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; exterior decibel-only noise monitors may be in use.
  • If a pet is approved, a non-refundable $100 pet fee applies; undisclosed pets may end the stay without refund.
  • No indoor smoking/vaping ($500+ remediation). Hot tub, fire pit, and fireplace rules will be followed; these amenities are used at Guest's own risk.
  • The hot tub is sanitized and prepped before and after each stay but is not drained between guests. Guest accepts the inherent risk of bacterial infection from hot tub use and releases Manager and the homeowner from related liability.
  • Guest is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for the safety of the party, assuming the risks of a mountain property.
  • The cancellation policy shown at booking applies. Manager may terminate the stay for serious or repeated violations, without refund.

I confirm I am 25 or older, will be present for the stay, and the information above is accurate.
I accept responsibility for my party and for any damage beyond normal wear during the stay.
I understand the hot tub is not drained between guests, I accept the inherent risk of bacterial infection, and I release The Ridge Collection and the homeowner from liability for any infection or illness from hot tub use.
Typing your name is your electronic signature.
By typing my name and submitting, I intend this to be my legally binding electronic signature under applicable law (including the federal E-SIGN Act and North Carolina UETA), executing this Rental Reservation Agreement with The Ridge Collection.
