The company I set out to build.
I got my real estate license at nineteen. I spent my first few years in the business specializing in investment properties — learning, deal by deal, what actually makes a property perform and what separates a strong investment from a forgettable one.
Once I understood that side of the business, I started my own property management company and became a Broker-in-Charge. I had one goal: build a company that was genuinely owner-focused — one built around investment stewardship. That means protecting the owner's asset, keeping them in the loop, and maintaining their property the way it should be maintained, not the way that's easiest.
I wanted to create a luxury company held to a higher standard than anyone else in the High Country — high enough that, over time, we simply become the standard here.
Right now we're growing, and we'll keep growing until we reach thirty homes. Then we stop, sit with it, and fine-tune — making sure every home in the collection operates as flawlessly as it possibly can. Growth for its own sake was never the point. The standard is.
